Dock 's injury plagued squad limped into MaST Charter with three Varsity players on the bench including starting setter Molly Hand. Stepping up in her place, Freshman Becca Brown did a solid job leading the offense and was on point from the service line. Brown registered 10 assists, 4 aces and 5 digs. Senior Courtney Herm earned 8 points on serve with 4 aces. Herm also had 3 kills and 5 digs.

Dock trailed by as many as 4 the entire second set. Unforced errors plagued the team and MaST was able to capitalize on those errors. Daphne Hunsinger led the comeback when she stepped up to the serving line with Dock down 23-24. Husinger would serve out the match and clinch the win. Hunsinger finished the day with 14 kills, 2 aces and 5 digs.

Dock's record moves to 3-2 overall, 2-0 in league play. Dock travels to WIlson High School in West Lawn Saturday for tournament play. Their next match is Tuesday away at League rival New Hope.
